We contracted this plumbing service to perform an inspection of a septic system by a certain date, with about a week's notice . Eventually, days late, they turned up. Not only did they fail to answer many many calls since that time, they did not inform us about what they found. The promised written report was not done, no communication at all for just about 2 weeks now. Not so much as a text message. Very poor service. We will not be using this service ever again.
