Fantastic blankets however don’t pay for express postage as they took longer to arrive then when I used normal postage. Despite requesting a refund for the express postage cost, as I paid for something I never received, nothing forthcoming.

The animals are so cute, it's free to pat them but feeding them was even better. The shop has got lots of cuddly and soft items, even wool to knit. Stop at the cafe for lunch! The beef pie is amazing ☺

Covid has taken its toll on a lot of businesses and Creswick woolen mill is no exception. We went here for the animals and the tour for the kids but were disappointed to learn that the animals are no longer kept on the facilities. The machines in the factory were not working/switched on.The mill is a factory outlet and has a shop on premise. We found it to be very costly factory outlet. The onsite cafe was also closed :(.What could have been a great experience for the kids ended up to be a boring shopping store.

Great customer service and friendly hostess who directed us to the self tour of the history of Creswick Woollen Mill and its founder. Lovely clothing, scarves and bedding products. There is something here for everyone.

Baby lambs, baby goats, plenty of alpaca and sheep you can feed and pat. Worth it even on a rainy day, as it's mainly under cover. Lovely shop and cafe, highly recommend it

Unfortunately the animals are not in the shop anymore, they are trying to bring them in, takes time and costly for them. The dresses are high quality. Lots of history in the place. The staff are super friendly and very helpful

Best thing to do here: see & feed the alpacas. Not so great: the goats and sheep that literally shove the alpacas out of the way so they can be fed. The alpacas are seriously the cutest, and nicest animals you can ever meet, plus they now have a covered area for visitors to feed them alpacas. Their shop sells a wide range of clothing and apparel, and quilts and other things. On the expensive side of the spectrum, but worth the quality. There is a cafe here, looks alright. It can get busy, very busy if there are (Chinese) tours that stop by here, so its best to visit when it isnt peak season, and during weekdays.

This is a must if you come to creswick. The woollen mill has been a pride and joy for Creswick locals since 1940s. After looking through the history of the mill in the exhibition inside the mill I had mixed feelings. My first impression was how awesome we had a glorious day of a wool mill and this created jobs for people back in 70 years ago. However, it's understandable that the mill is not able to run a full potential as a mill anymore due to the high cost and high competition. At least we could learn something from the exhibition and support the mill keep going by purchasing its products or having a cup of coffee.
