I attended a few times for x'ray, CT scan and biopsy to Willetton SKG. I observed the courteous service given by receptionist staff to radiographer staff. I was bit nervous before the procedures but the staff made me to get easy with their kind and friendly attitude and all of them were highly skilled. There was no delay waiting time.I recommend this place highly.

What disgraceful service. The receptionist did not want to book me in as I had my imaging elsewhere. She said they weren't allowed to do this and was making it blatantly obvious that, even though I had a referral to SKG, she found it all too hard. I phoned SKG at St John of God and booked in and what a delightful receptionist who said it was no bother to collect my information and files.

My experience today at SKG was not at an experience that we would want to have as parents. This place is not at all a place where in a parent’s and child’s needs are understood. My husband took my little one for an X-Ray here wherein he had to wait for an hour to get to his turn. After the x-ray there was a wait for another 30 minutes to confirm that the X-Ray was appropriate. During this time there was no empathy shown by the staff there. Also, there is no importance given to time as we were asked to wait for just 5 minutes. However, no one turned up and provided any updates 5 minutes. Therefore, he waited for another 30 minutes and after enquiring with the staff was updated that he could leave. This behaviour towards your customers is quite rude and not something that someone would expect. It would be helpful if this feedback is taken constructively and changes are made. People with toddlers and infants should be given priority or allocated time slots to minimise the discomfort to the children and the parents.

Worst patience service. They made a 1yr old boy to wait for 1hr for an x-ray, which took 5min to complete. After the x-ray is over, they made us wait for another 45min for confirmation. Pathetic service. They should understand how difficult it is to keep a child quite for so long, they don’t have appointment system, that’s bad. My sim had to miss his lunch because of these people. For people with kids or an emergency, I would advice to visit the centre with a proper plan and enough time.

The staff were lovely and considerate with my mum who was in severe pain and required Xrays and a CT. They took the time to ensure that she was able to lie comfortably on her broken back and were happy to change the way that her Xrays were taken to help her be as comfortable as possible. The report was available very quickly.

Really bad. I had to wait 1 hour for a biopsy. When the nurse called me she said that the doctor didn't WANT to perform a biopsy on me because it wasn't necessary. Therefore, I informed the nurse that in my past referral the doctor wrote IT IS NOW CONCERNING. She said it was a grammatical ERROR and instead the phrase should have been NOT concerning instead NOW concerning.We talking about a TUMOR here. Only after I insisted to have a biopsy done they agreed. When the biopsy was finished the doctor said sorry I AM NOT SURE OF I GOT THE RIGHT TISSUE SAMPLE. Ridiculous. But is not finished here. When I went to pay the lady at the reception apologised because I waited one hour saying sorry I didn't know you were waiting, even if I politely asked numerous time how long I should have to wait. I pay and she said that my Medicare rebate would be in my bank account in two working days. 3 working days today and nothing. The last time I been there for an ultrasound I got the rebate straight away, the same day. Why now in 3 business day is still not in my bank account. Very very bad. Shame on you.

I had booked an ultrasound appointment with the receptionist. I told them what it was for, with the exact words I had on my referral. The lady told me I had to fast for it, so i did… all day. I then came to my appointment, lying on the ultrasound table, the lady had asked if I have drunken any water.. I had not because I had been told differently( fasting instead of having a full bladder) and so the receptionist had stuffed up my specifications. They were VERY rude about it too, saying it was my fault. I had actually written everything down I needed to do when they told me on the phone. Wish I remembered her name to single her out. Most have been their for years, think it is time for a new bunch! Terrible attitude. I had been in a lot of pain for a week beforehand and I really needed this. I had to walk out and leave my referral. Had to do it allover again just to get another referral and it Wasn’t even my fault.
