He kept us informed and gave us good information.He did not hesitate to put a mask on when he saw we were wearing masks. Heater was installed eight years ago for my elderly father and got an error code on the Fenwal module indicating airflow obstruction. I got under the house and saw a 2m section of the inlet air duct totally collapsed into a pancake and a 1m section of the outlet duct also collapsed. The inlet & outlet ducts were crossed over each during installation about 2m from the heater.Th inlet duct had been compressed substantially and eventually collapsed to the sustained pressure over time. Contacted the company and had a colourful conversation with the director, Robert. I told him it wasn't installed correctly and it was destined to fail at some point. He disagreed and requested a call out fee to investigate. I refused to pay any fee since I had determined the faulty workmanship. Time to report the matter to the VBA and Robert can present his excuses to them. I strongly suggest you pay close attention to the workmanship during installation.

Our new Aircon installation was carried by the team at Mode Heating. Right from our initial conversation with Rob and discussing options we knew they have the right team to get the job done. Installation done within a week and all went absolutely as planned. Guys were friendly explained us the specs and left the site thouroughly cleaned. Next in line is our Heating system installation and we know where to reach out. Thanks Mode heating.

Our old unit was removed and replaced with the new heating system with quick installation as they originally promised.
