They never completed the job. They showed up on the install day without mesh and lock for a back sliding door. This happens wasnt borrowed they said they would come the following week to finish but then took 5 weeks to get a hold of them to come out to complete it after numerous call, texts, called the number on the website was disconnected even sent an email even got a reply. When I finally got them on the phone they where all apologetic and promised to get Anthony out ASAP. After another week nothing again had to follow up, Anthony sent a date to come out over 7 weeks after the first install date and at the last minute cancel with some rubbish that the supplier run out and is waiting on a delivery. I tried a number of times again to call would only reply by text sent another date and didnt show up 9 weeks after first install date. Just wasted my time, dont bother with them there are plenty of companies out there if you cant get them to come out to complete a job or contact them the warranty is worthless.
