Shandfield Doors

Attended the showroom today and found it unattended. No one in the workshop either. The showroom was untidy and disorganised. Perhaps the doors are great but I didn't get a chance to find out. Left after a few minutes none the wiser.

Would highly recommend Jerry to anyone needing any doors made. Jerry went out of his way to help & advise us with a very tricky door problem that others could not fix. The job was completed by the next day & he even let us borrow his van to get the door home. Totally professional & a pleasure to do business with.

AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING work and customer service. We just got our custom front doors. Jerry’s customer service is the BEST. Jerry talked us through the work from the beginning and kept us updated as the work on the doors was being done and Jerry understood exactly how we wanted the stain and finish of the doors to be. The doors were delivered and installed as promised – in fact earlier than the due date initially agreed. The front doors are now making a “real statement” in our house – they are beautifully done!Quality workmanship, professional and friendly service understanding what the customer wants – you cannot rate more highly the work from Jerry. A great product used this service years ago.But when l rang the other week let's just say l am waiting for a return phone call. A great product but let's just say customer service has left this company.I am very disappointed now

Needed a quick trimming job done on another suppliers timber molding, Jerry was not only willing to do it but did it for me on the spot.He has a great sense of humor and a brilliant attitude.I will be back, 5 stars!

A Shandfield door is everything we wanted and more. Jerry was helpful and his knowledge and experience was invaluable in designing our new front door. It took time to craft our door and I was happy to wait, as I definitely enjoy coming home to our new entrance. Every time I drive in the carport, I marvel at just how beautiful the door looks. We looked elsewhere before arriving at Shandfield, and nothing compared. Quality, design and elegance is amazing. Love our new door - thanks Jerry!
