I found the Sales Rep, Max to be very disgruntled and unprofessional when he arrived to requote and remeasure up my 5 flyscreen doors which are not a standard door but I thought Bugs No More where going to do the flyscreens as they had quoted them 18 months earlier and my job was not ready then toproceed. Now my job is ready and I needed my quote amended and now Max is saying, My job is toohard and not worth it for Bugs No More to do and told me to find another company." I have send an email to the owner of the company

Paul from the Bugs No More came to our home today on the Mornington Peninsula. He installed a new door and fly screens on our windows. Paul was professional and friendly and did a fantastic job on the installation. The quoting process was also easy thanks to Max who explained everything in detail. WOW customer service was outstanding. The measure and quote was prompt and well done. The installer ENRICO was AMAZING. From start to finish he was reliable, knowledgable, respectful and honest.
