Guys here have been fixing every thing ive broken since I could drive, never any hidden problems or sneaky added charges and never talk down to you. If they find something wrong they tell you what it is what it does and how long before you actually need to fix it.

Just had my vehicle in for a major service with Repco Authorised Car Service Rockingham and am really impressed with the level of service from them. Pricing is excellent and there is no BS from these guys. Trustworthy and honest mechanics and did a much better job than the dealer servicing I've used previously. Highly recommend!

Have done a lot of work for me over the years including a rebuild on my wifes audi. Recently dropped my trailer off for new wheel bearings after 1 let go. At late notice they fit me in straight away and had it ready to go in a much less time frame than i expected. Can not recommend these guys enough!!!

Put my daughters car in for a rear main seal replacement.Cost me $200 more than quoted but i understand sometimes there are unexpected challenges, took it back a few days later because it looked exactly the same with the leak still there.They were happy enough to do it again under warranty and then got told that the machined area for the seal is too big so the seal had walked out.....which should have been picked up the first time and an oversized seal fitted(these can be made specially if needed).He said he would peen the area hoping the seal will stay and guess what?......still leaking. I had asked for photos the second time but didn't get any.I reckon they never replaced it at all and took an easy $900 of my daughters money knowing that its too hard for me to check if it was done.

Now what can I say about Glen, well he likes to joke around with his customers make them feel welcome even stop by for a beer at the end of the day, He has both my Au XR8s at the shop fixed the ute up pronto in the same day (thanks for that) and I am yet to see what magic he does on my troublesome sedan. A bloody good mechanic knows his schitt and if he can't fix it he will be honest and tell ya and always gives you options.His staff never knows where he goes when he ducks out momentarily but that's all part of the fun there at Customs. He's goes above and beyond to help you even when his business is flat out busy (don't forget my AC lines glen lol).And if you are lucky u might get to join in on one of their end of week bbqs and grab a sausage. He's one of the good mechanics out there cos I know of heaps that can rip you off big time take advantage of ya.

Glenn and the team are great. They tackle everything we throw at them. We won't go anywhere else now. Where service means service for a change.
