Customer service is okay. My one complaint is their speed, unacceptably slow. Store was nearly empty, ~5 customers, ~3 working on the floor and ~2 pharmacists. Took me 40 minutes to get a script.

Excellent advice, customer service and support received from Sindhu in the Sleep Solutions department. Sindhu has always been patient and helpful, explaining how to use the sleep machine, sales support and after sales service. Thank you so much!

I always come to this pharmacy for prescription. However, my last visit was a terrible experienced. Vivian was the one who served me. Her attitude was so rude and unprofessional. After spoke to me, she turn around and looked at her workmate and laugh. Never come back here again, rather spend my money somewhere else and get respect.

I have been getting our prescription from this pharmacy for a long time , and on the whole we have always been satisfied. The pharmacist Anh is very helpful and very good at what she does. They deliver the medications on the day.

Went into Terry white chemist today for Cpap machine, Sindhu is fantastic she is very polite willing to help in any way she can to fit you with masks.Sindhu went above and beyond to make it easy for me, explained in detail what l should and shouldn't do very very helpful.Thank you so much Sindhu for your help.

I love the idea of having the cpap machine and mask on trial before making the big decision. Sindhu were very helpful in answering my questions and teaching me how to properly put on the mask. What made me decided in buying the machine here is the lifetime service that they offer. It would be less stress for me if ever I have issue.
