My experience with Camnet was astonishing and the service was better than any other. In particular, the Camnet Rep. (Manuel) provided the best customer service and completed the task efficiently and exceeded expectations.I've been with Camnet for 10 years and I recommend their machines and products to everyone.

We have been using Camnet service since year 2015, and just upgrade the contract with them in last month.With the experience of new printer we installed, my boss's printing issue has been solved completely and our printing cost has been reduced significantly. The machine is fantastic. I would like to say they always provide the excellent professional services to customs. I am very happy with the follow-ups that received from Camnet. Highly recommonded.

We have been using Camnet services for the last few years and their service has been extremely professional. Very pleased with the efficient service and the lack of issues with the printer. Their customer service team, especially Kirsten, has been amazing through all this time, always willing to help and listen to our needs. I was bullied by a Camnet Rep into signing a 5 year contract too, no service follow up, only push to sign the contract. Before i sign the contract, the sales person calls me everyday, after i sign it, he never answer my call.---It's so bad, the sales have been trying to contact me for the past few months wanting me to renew my contract, I have made it clear a long time ago that I don't want to renew my contract, I am very disappointed with the service, I want you to pick up the machine but then no response, you are very aggressive when you want to sell me the product and when I don't want to renew my contract and ask you to pick up the machine, you don't respond anymore. This contract is the worst contract I have ever signed in the past. 20/09/2022

We recently renewed our contract with Camnet and couldn't be happier.Kirsten the Sales Representative was great and has been more than helpful since having our two new machine's installed.Happy to be with them for the next 5 years!

Ok so update on the previous post, they have reached out and have put a slight discount on the remaining term of the contract after showing the actual page count on the machine was no where near the schedule.In turn asked for an edit /update on the post.I understand everyone has a Bussines to run somewhere along the line we also need to have compassion I was not a fly by night operation and had used them for years prior.Appreciate the effort made to try rectify a bad Employees decision with my account.NEVER AGAIN WILL I SIGN A CONTRACT WITH CAMNET.They lock you in to contracts that will have you pay the machine 15 to 20 times over then if you try to organise a break contract early due to covid shutting you down permanently the rudely decline with zero help or options. The icing on the cake for me was I get a call from the account manager saying he wants to help and offered me a reduced monthly fee of approximately $20 saving i thought that was nice then when reading contract he was actually locking me in to a new 5yr contract so effectively i get pumped even harder.DO NOT USE THEM !!!find someone with good honest pricing and terms.

We've been dealing with Camnet for the last 5 years and the service Manuel and the team provide is second to none. When ever there's an issue it's always resolved quickly - time is money for my business. Its almost like dealing with someone in small business. Highly recommend using them!

We have been using Camnet service every since the establishment of our business in 2013.It started with one small photocopier in a small office and the number of the machines that they have organised for us has grown up to 4 as the business expanded. During these years we have been receiving regular maintenance services that are always done in a timely and professional manner. Deliveries of necessary equipment including toner cartridges usually get made on the following day after ordering and we have been very happy with the follow-ups that we receive from the sales rep as well. A professional and supportive team, highly recommended.

We had a sales rep from a competitor visit our office via appointment notifying us that the copier is due for renewal and expected us to sign a new contract on the spot. We were not prepared to be pressured into signing a contract on the spot so we looked around and that's when we found Camnet.We were introduced to Sanjay who has been very professional and attentive to our needs. He recommend a copier to suit our workload and made the transition between our previous contractor to the new contractor so smooth. Nothing was disrupted and we are so happy with the new copier and Camnet's staff treated us so well especially Evelyn. Thank you Camnet.
