Shine Yoga

I was lucky enough to find Kristy during my pregnancy and was able to do a lovely course of pregnancy yoga, followed by mums and bubs pilates once bub was born! Always so kind and welcoming, the team at Shine are wonderful!! Highly recommend! x ❤️

Kristy was an amazing support through the pregnancy. Pregnancy Yoga was something I looked forward to every week to get into that calm state of mind and get in touch with my body/baby. Highly recommend!

I have attended pregnancy/birth yoga and later once my baby was born, Mums and Bubs yoga with Kristy.It’s definitely something I looked forward to each week.I definitely feel as though the pregnancy/birth yoga helped my birth experience in a positive way, because it was some time out each week during pregnancy where I actually felt like my body could relax, stretch and wind down. Which is often something hard to do when pregnant. Kristy knew exactly the right stretches and positions to do, and if it didn’t feel right, she’d help you work on something else.Mums and Bubs yoga is such a fantastic idea. Being able to bring my baby to yoga was so nice to do in the morning, and not worry about who was going to look after her whilst I was gone. Kristy and everyone in the class is very welcoming and non-judgmental and it is an extremely safe space.Kristy is great with all the babies too and always tried to make sure that the mummas got some form of stretch in if baby didn’t want to be put down for the session.I am now thinking of doing mums and toddlers yoga I enjoyed it all so much :)

Currently pregant with second bub and I returned to shine yoga classes. I love the feeling of how relaxing and inviting the classes are. Look forward to my weekly class.

I have really enjoyed Tuesday night classes with Kristy. I feel more relaxed and confident going into the birth of my first child. Will definitely join (and start a little earlier on in my pregnancy) with my next!

I attended pregnancy yoga with Kristy from 14 weeks pregnant right up until 2 days before I gave birth to my daughter. I also loved the monthly restorative yoga and reiki sessions; and mums and bubs yoga in my postpartum period. Kristy is exceptional at what she does - her classes were always the highlight of my week and I truly believes they helped prepare me not just for birthing but also bonding with my baby! A truly wonderful experience all round, cannot recommend highly enough!

When I was pregnant I swapped from my usual yoga studio to Shine Yoga and it was pure bliss. From the moment you walk in, you feel at home and welcome and then you enter the studio and it's all pretty lights and calming music and a lovely mural on the wall. It really set the stage for the yoga! Kristy has the perfect way of providing calming yoga while still getting a good stretch in. Always highly recommend her classes. Now I'm on the flip side doing the mums and bubs yoga and it's just as great. Thank you for creating a space i look forward to each week!!

I have completed yoga with Shine Yoga throughout my whole pregnancy and also post with mums n bubs yoga! I absolutely love Kristy she is so warm bubbly and inviting. She will modify anything that you may need and my son absolutely adores her and loves going to our yoga classes! Highly recommend!
