We purchased the Large Luna ball (Charcoal) and couldn't be happier. From visiting the showroom in Carrum Downs to delivery, everything was easy dealing with Mark.Quality is good but you have to be careful because it is concrete. Highly recommend 2-3 people to move and install. New access panels on lid base makes it a lot easier to access the pump.

Thank you Mark for your organisation and keeping me up to date with the delivery of my water feature. I love The Egg fountain which was a special order in Grey - it’s beautiful. Since installation I have received lots of lovely comments from neighbours and passerby’s saying how the water fountain just sets off the garden. The Egg arrived in perfect condition and was packed securely so as not to be damaged during transport. Highly recommend using Waterfeaturesrus- I wish I had more places to put water features!!

After contacting Mark from Water Features R US regarding the feature I wanted, (Infinity) Mark kept me informed all the way through the purchasing process and subsequent delivery. I found him to be informative, experienced, humorous and very helpful even offering advise for the placement preparation. The delivery people were also very clear when it would be delivered. Can’t speak highly enough of Ismail & Dave from Water Features Are Us Melbourne. So professional, always on time and followup to ensure everything is working as required. We had a problem with one pond after re-waterproofing. Dave & Ismail have come back to re-seal as promised. Ismail followed up again today to say he would come back to relay the stone features in a couple of days once we refill the pond to ensure there is no further leakage. I highly recommend Water Features Are Us (Melbourne), Ismail & Dave. Thank you
