Absolutely brilliant. Above and beyond excellent customer service; lots of help and great advice - very friendly, polite and courteous, with a great sense of humour thrown in. I did the rounds of a few other suppliers but they just didn’t compare. I’ll be a return customer to Urban Stone, for sure. Everyone was great but I really hope they’ve rewarded Matt with a pay rise by then!

Unfortunately this company's great product, in my opinion, doesn't match its customer service. Great product, poor after sales service. Just seemed that all they wanted to do was tick all their boxes and numbers rather than really listen and empathize with our problem and then do something for us. We got landed (shafted) with pallets of pavers which were from batches over 18 months apart, hence the colour variations were enormous and unacceptable, once again in my opinion. We appreciate that you do get colour variations, but in this case we couldn't accept it. Although they agreed to finally replace all pallets, and replace them with acceptable lots, so much time and energy was wasted which could have been avoided in the first place with stricter quality control. End result is really good but the whole process could have been a lot better and more customer friendly.

Matt was brilliant from the start - measured the quantities and recommend some design aspect for our driveway, front and backyard. Our landscaper had a minor miscalculation on 2nd order of pavers which was not required - Matt provided final qty check and process the refund for the extra pavers. Quality of pavers was brilliant - bought the Outback series in honed and shotblast (August 2016) and orders came in early than the 8 weeks schedule - will update photos once we finish with our landscaping.

Just got off the phone with Matt in regards to different types of sealers and I am extremely impressed with the information that he provided to me. He even offered to do a sample piece for me to see the color change within the stone. Highly recommend the business
