would definitely recommend and would use again! I asked for a quote and had someone come to my property 20 minutes later to get a big stain out of my rug. Very quick and very happy with the results.

Ralph absolutely killed it! He made my couch look brand new. I was thinking of getting a new couch since my dog use to sleep on the couch and I have a little one, but Ralph sanitised it and made it look so new and clean. Can’t recommend him enough!

I’m a bit disappointed to be honest.Please be aware that carpet is quite wet after the cleaning is done. It takes more than 6 hours to dry. Definitely wouldn’t recommend if you are looking to stay at your home for the day.I steam cleaned my apartment once a year because I like to have it clean. My usual guy had his machine broken down soI decided to go with this business because it had the best reviews and great response over email. Be aware this is one of the most expensive services that are out there when it comes to Carpet Steam Cleaner and I decided to go with them even when another business quote 100 aud less. I felt like the product would has been the same than if those “cheap” guys would had done it.It does the job but not “oh wow” as I would expect for the price. Definitely worse than my usual guy who charges less.I have to say that Response prior the job was outstanding, very fast and professional.Feeling a bit meh. I would give it a 3.8 rating .

Technician was lovely . He mentioned that my carpet being wool would make it hard to get stains out . I managed to get some of the stains out with a heavy cleaning solution after he left ….Good communication and on time which was very good . I do think they could use a stronger chemical and something with more perfume to get a better result .

We were very impressed with with our technician who attended to our carpet and upholstery cleaning ! He was on time and communicated very well every step of the way, he also provided us cleaning tips moving forward which was super helpful! Would definitely recommend !

We had our sofa, carpets, queen mattress and shower tiles cleaned and they did a great job. The guy came at the earlier part of the time slot which was great and he told us exactly what he was going to do and text when he was almost done so we could return, which didn’t take him long at all. He was honest about how the clean would turn out as some marks may not lift for various reasons but everything looked great when we returned and met our expectations. We will definitely be using them again soon and have recommended them to friends.

Mark arrived on time. Did an awesome job. Removed a couple of stains we thought would be a problem. Extremely professional job. Great price, great service at very short notice, highly recommend.

Absolute 5 stars cleaning company I would recommend to any one who needs a top quality service,Mark went beyond my expectations and done a wonderful job for us today , my 4 year old L shaped couch is like new :) can’t thank him enough.
