The signature facial with Michelle was divine, relaxing and exactly what I needed. All the staff were welcoming, Michelle is truly the best beauty therapist I've ever had, she is welcoming and understands the clients needs, I definitely recommend her and the salon

I redeemed a gift voucher for a classic facial. The therapist explained the procedure. At the end when it came to pay I was pressured into paying for an extra service (a peel) that was never disclosed to me as an extra nor was I told about the price of it during the consultation. When I disputed it, I was given an analogy about ordering food and having to pay for what I have eaten? The service was unfair and unreasonable and definitely not worth the price for the treatment. Would not recommend going here to anyone.

The place is really peaceful and welcoming. I had the perfect experience!This was my first skin needling session today and the team was really reassuring, attentive and kind! I can’t wait for my next session!The use of natural and organic products is also extremely pleasant!

This was my first facial after a long hiatus. I was given a gift voucher for a classic facial. It was exactly what i was looking for as my skin was given a good cleansing as well a a gentle and relaxing massage. My therapist was well trained and very knowledgeable of her products.

Jess was amazing and made me feel so comfortable. Her massage made me feel really relaxed and she used a firm pressure which I loved. The facial was great and relaxing which is what I needed. I wasn’t a huge fan of leaving feeling really oily so I patted my face down with paper towel when I got home to absorb the excess oil

Kimberley was amazing during my ‘Peel and Lift’ treatment. She was professional and thorough and was skillfully able to upgrade my treatment to include a lash tint. She wasn’t pushy, just explained the benefits to the ‘lift’ part of the treatment. Such a friendly person and I’ve booked to see her again as I’m very happy with the results I’ve witnessed today. Love her down to earth approach. See you next month and looking forward to my facial that you also recommended.

I was charged for a peel that I was not informed or asked if I wanted or that it would cost extra. Just told ‘I’m putting the peel on now’. I felt most of the facial was spent waiting for the washing up to be done of pots and brushes. The facial didn’t start until 3:35 and was over by 4:15 when I had paid for an hour. Disappointment because I used to have great experiences here.

I couldnt have asked for a better experience!I recieved the brow and lash package plus a lip wax. The entire process was gentle and the products AMAZING and the real winner was the lash tint, absolutly no burning or stinging!!!!100% recommend! I will definetly be retur ing and ill be requesting Sophie!
