They definitely don't look after their customers. Clearly, money is what's matter most.I had my nails done and less then 24h all gone! Before I leave I said I didn't like it but they just said it's what it's.I came back after 24h to complain and ask if the nail polish is like that and they said I should have done shellac for something lasts more than a week what's a joke cause I always made my nails with normal polish and it last at least 5 days.The woman who attended me said I should look for another salon.Don't go there. I'll never come back.

I went in today to get my nails fixed after another salon completely botched them! The girls in here did an amazing job! My nails look so good, could not recommend more if I tried. Shame I’m not local or I would definitely be returning!

I have been here a total of 4 times now.1st time Moon did my nails and I was very happy.2nd time Ivy did my nails and I was very happy.3rd time Moon did my nails, she spent the entire time on her mobile phone (earbuds) having a wonderful chat ignoring me and my nails resulted in the wrong colour. She offered to do them again but I just dealt with it.4th time, again Moon.. Sat down and made a call and proceeded to ignore me and chat on the phone. I had enough. After soak off I pulled my hands back and said I will wait until you finish your phone call" she looked at me

One star is to many, went in for a manicure and pedicure. It was a very rush job, then they sat around on their phones. Very disappointed and will not be going back.

Never had such a fast pedicure ever such hurry up so rude not a word of english until payment time would not recommend to a dogI forgot to add how I asked for acrylic nails & was told no they did not have time & then went & sat chatting on their phones for the remaining time we were there another 30 mins& called past & still no customers …what is wrong with this place don’t they want customers

The girls are friendly but quality of work isn't the best. Had some acrylic nails done and there is chunks of hardened acrylic under some of my nails. My daughter also had some nail polish applied and it peeled off when we got home. Exactly like stickers. Didn't need acetone at all. So weird

I've been coming to this nail salon for around 2 years. I always found them to be great, they took their time, chatted to you, and always made your nails look lovely. Recently I've found them to be very slack, I always book my appointment for 9.30 when they open but the last few times I've been, I've arrived well before they have. They seem to have one staff member on and the rest seem to roll in around 9.45 leaving 2-3 customers unattended until this time. They then all hang around putting their things away and chatting and before you know it it's been another 5 minutes of just sitting there.I haven't been particularly happy with my nails the last few times either, they seem to be in a rush. I only keep going back because it's so close to home.Think I'll be finding somewhere else to go from now on, which is pretty sad, because you're losing long term customers due to carelessness.

Absolutely horrible service. Being told to hurry up to choose nail colours and did a horrible job on my nails. I’ve never been so disappointed in a service and been treated in such a rude way.Do not recommend going here at all
