Highly recommend Gary and the team at Warrnambool Caravan Repairs whilst holidaying at Port Campbell we a couple of issues with our van a phone call to Gary and we called in a few days later issues fixed and all done with a friendly smile we were then able to continue our trip. Well done Gary

We asked for material to repair the side of the van. He couldn't be bothered with a small job, no profit in that. He was abrupt, rude and dismissing. We came away feeling emotionally abused. We would never go back there again. Be prepared to cop his aggressive attitude.

Met Gary this am, he checked out my van which is old and decrepit (like me) and I left feeling hopeful for a future where I can actually use the van and maybe go visit my cousin in WA (its been years). He came across as competent and experienced and I feel like I have left the van (as yet unnamed) in the hands of a professional. :) all good.

Gary was extremely helpful in fixing a jammed awning arm. When I rang, trying to explain the issue, he asked me to text photos of the broken part and then suggested I bring it in. Fixed in half an hour at very reasonable cost. Awning good as new. Thanks Gary!

Rang them with a problem with camper trailer and they weren't helpful.He said they didn't lift up our camper trailer in a previous service which is supposed to be done and they ticked it off as done in the service.Would'nt trust em
