ECC is far more than just a clinic. From the couches in the waiting area to the beds in each treatment room to the range of products and services, everything is top tier and incredible quality. Cheyenne is one of the most welcoming, bright, friendly and helpful people I’ve come across. Nothing is too much trouble and she always makes me feel very cared about and valued as a client. So often the staff at the front of house can ruin an experience before you even meet the nurse/dr/therapist etc, but Cheyenne is a ray of sunshine and phenomenal at her job.Dr Michael is an artist and a true master of his craft. He is thorough, creative, honest and I feel very safe under his care. He uses UltraSound Technology to ensure the safest and most accurate results. He brainstorms and researches until he has found the perfect and safest solution for any obstacle.Dr Michael’s aftercare is second to none and he goes above and beyond to ensure result satisfaction, health, comfort, healing and that support is just a text or call away. The range of procedures and treatments that he and the clinic offer are amazing and they are leaders in their field.I cannot recommend Dr Michael more highly!What a stunning clinic, team and environment overall.The absolute best!

I have been a client from April 2022, I googled for a clinic and read reviews so decided to try it. I was impressed walking in, not expecting it to be so lovely and inviting. First apt was in the evening & the candle, lamps & music was lovely, felt very welcomed.My treatment was fantastic with Dr Zoran, he was incredibly helpful and I was thrilled with results. He took the time to make sure the injections are perfect, which is why I have continued. My experience has been fantastic, do recommend them! All the staff are so lovely, which also makes it a very nice appointment!

I have been coming here the last few years and couldn’t recommend this clinic enough!! I have told my friends and family all about it. The girls and Amy are amazing, they take the time to educate you about your body, what it’s doing and what treatment would be best for you. Nothing is ever pushed onto you and you are always heard and respected. Any question big or small they are always happy to answer and always take the time to make you feel comfortable and welcome in this beautiful, quaint cosmetic clinic in the heart of Eltham. I have been visiting Eltham Cosmetic Clinic since pre-Covid and have experienced outstanding service and care each and every time. It's quite a drive for me each visit, but it's undoubtedly worth the extra time.
