problem items either come days after delivery date or not at all who ever is working there is not doing there job and or stealing items I dunno but they are not doing there job

They shouldn’t even get a rating as they didn’t deliver my package. I waited at home for 2 days and then I checked the tracking number and it said that there was no one home that was Thursday 16/02/23 then on Friday it says that no one was home again 2nd attempt to deliver. Don’t they check the address on the package.? On Friday before post office closing time I received an email stating that my package was taken to The Entrance Post Office which I have to catch public transport to get there when my account has Toowoon Bay Post Office as as my collection post office it’s only 2mins away . This is not how a postal service they should not be in business. They need to be shut down you can’t even get in touch with them because the number is not in service. What is their phone number? They are scammers not doing their job !!!! Not happy at all with their service

Terrible service, my parcel was stolen after arriving there? They are not contactable, very clever. Use anyone else as this not an honest service.

Use AusPost for mail. Parcels are better off sent through professionals with shareholders, not a government owned company. Time to put the guarantee back on Express post and quit hiding behind Covid, you are duping customers.

I paid express postage for item to arrive for when my son had surgery. It’s been sitting at Lisarow for days. What’s the point of paying for express shipping. Another money grab for Australia Post. This is not the first time I’ve had delayed shipments sitting at Lisarow. Pathetic service. No wonder you don’t allow customers to contact you directly. Obviously looking at reviews I’m not the only person experiencing their poor service!

I have been tracking a parcel it arrived a week ago and that’s where it stopped this is the second time I’ve had a package go missing and no way to contact them to find my package

My parcel (witch I was tracking) had been there depo for 7 day and now they are telling me just wait a couple more. Got to love EXPRESS post. What a joke

My parcel is currently being held hostage here, they're too to even scan it in off the truck. Save your sanity and use a courier for any important delivery.

My parcel delayed for several days. So I went to the sorting post. Thanks for the help of lady staff, I received the parcel next day.
