Raj was professional, thorough and gave us options to care for the house into the future.Raj was able to give constructive advice and ways to help prevent vermin and pests invading the property. By doing some small fixes we would be future proofing or at the least limiting any structural problems that might occur if we didn't act now. Very grateful for his expert opinion and advice.

Great flexible service. They understand that during a settlement, dates of inspection can change and were super accomodating in regards to this. Very professional and the report was full of photos with scale ratings on urgency of the issues in hand. Would highly recommend.

Louis certainly went over the property for us with a fine tooth comb, he left nothing out. He went into great details for us.We were very thankful that we did not go with the Vendors Reports. Louis found every Active and Inactive site on the property. He was great explaining everything that he had put on the report!

He was able to point out some minor structural defects which helped me make an informed decision in purchasing the property.Wayne submitted a pest inspection report which gave me confidence in making an informed decision about the property.
