Australia Post - Carlton LPO

Looking at the reviews I think I may have been lucky, or they have changed the staffs. 2 Asian man, not too friendly, but do what they do, say hi and bye

I highly recommend going to another branch, because the team here yells at customers. I went in for the first time to return a package and needed an envelope. The guy SCREAMED at me about finding the right package size.I paid for the envelope and waited for payment to be processed and he SCREAMED again asking what I was waiting for. He wasn't in any hurry because I was the only person in the store.

I have always experienced prompt & friendly service at this post office. I have no complaints. Looking at some of the photos it appears some people should confirm the address of the business that they are reviewing. There's several post offices in the area of Carlton.

Terrible attention, they were running out of one kind of boxes (Bx4) and I asked about its dimensions, and the employees didn't want to help me to find it out, they told me to search on the web.

The staff there tried to charge me extra for postage… I used the same packaging to post my items several time in different auspost… I was charged $1.2 every time but I was told $2.4… I argued with him, and he literally gave me the stamp and asked me to post outside. Rude and unprofessional.

Would give it zero if I could. Not sure how this place is still operating with such bad reviews and poor service. Number doesn't work so you can't call them. They don't answer calls from their own organisation. Our workplace had a parcel taken here. The delivery person told us they had taken it here. Went there, told us it hadn't been scanned in at their PO. Called up the helpline, they could not locate it after multiple emails, internal messages, inquiries etc over the space of a week+. Tried all the Carlton POs. Went there again and said can you please check again, are you sure it was accidentally not scanned. The guy was adamant that it was not there. Would not even check. Did not move. I ended up calling the delivery guy back and asking him if he knew where it was and he kindly went and got it for me and brought it to the building 10 days later). Worst service. Zero customer service. You should be audited.

I wonder how this place has been surviving with many bad reviews. The worst customer service. Not saying a single nice word but giving an attitude to the customer. I have dealt with them multiple times but the way they treat to the customer has never changed. They shouldn't be in customer service area.

I once had a parcel to pick up but you gave it to someone else? To get a parcel you need to show ID and such...but you still just gave it to someone else??? In the end the person dropped my parcel off to me but they shouldn't have just been able to pick it up in the first place?
