This business like so many others in this area don't have enough staff to service the area. I stopped using them years ago due to the ridiculous length of time required to make a booking, it's worse than trying to get into a GP. I live an hour away from port and can't just duck in" to diagnose a problem. God forbid if you had a major problem with your car and it couldn't be driven because the earliest I could get my car in was 18 days.... what working person can go without a car for almost 3 weeks?"

Over the past 1 or 2years booking the car a bought brand new from Miedecke Motor Group in for a service has been a nightmare, constantly told there booked out weeks/months in advance. Today after waiting for 3 months for my service it felt like it was one big inconvenience for the service centre, Took 6 hours to service my car, even after i expressed to the man that i don’t live locally, not only did he not try to get it done in time it also took an extra 1.5 hrs, i actually watched him have a casual conversation for 15mins while my paper work sat in front of him, and then my car was blocked in and i had to wait again, i sat around from 10.10am-4pm. Thanks for making me feel unimportant service centre.

No communication. My car is getting fixed by the auto shop & about to run out of rego. I have the car to them back in October 2 days before it ran out. And I called and asked for a pink slip before tomorrow & they said yeah okay & I have still heard nothing. 3 months & counting & no communication it’s lame at best.
