400 for a mask and gave me a second hand one that was dirty and had a hair in it.the list gos on. And there expensive. And I haven't got a copy of my results that I have asked for 3 times.very unprofessional

When we reorder masks etc they are always promptly dispatched and any questions that arise are always professionally and personally addressed.
