Coles Bentleigh

I have never been in a Coles store that did not have friendly and helpful staff, competitive prices and stocked shelves. Coles Bentleigh is no exception.Coles is always a good shopping experience.

I rarely go into a Coles but had been nearby and wanted to get 1 thing, though came out with a bag full. Discounted boys pj's and card matching game, massive bag of lollies, coffee (wanted to try the contentious one), biscuits and more. Lots of parking behind Centre Road. Note Saturday 11am packed!

We recently started to buy groceries here. Is good that we could find car park almost all the time (we were there usually after 5 or 6 pm), staff are helpful and friendly. And usually we can find whatever we need.

The Most Appalling Rude Customer Service of Floor Staff(Not the checkout people processing the items on you way out)which are complacent, intentionally disrespectful ,full of both apathy & contempt- with an attitude of they owning the store. and customers are inconvenient individuals who are in their way invading their personal space.Consistently the WORST SERVICE EVER in any supermarket I have ever experienced - Not only Nationally but Internationally.

The coles open by 9 pm but everything coles inside no costmser service . I am asking coles mangers break the law Australia

I hate This Coles now as everything is self service registers just like the terrible Clayton store which I now refuse to shop at also.This is disgusting!!!!I'll stick to Aldi where I actually get served.If you want me to be the checkout person, then I should be getting a 25% discount on everything I purchase because you're robbing me of my time by not having someone serve me.The worst part is you had 3 staff members standing at the register talking and doing nothing at all.If you don't want them serving then they should be productive filling shelves.If that's the case we may as well purchase everything from a vending machine. Then you wonder why Amazon is taking a lot of your sales. It's because their prices are much lower than yours and I don't even need to leave my house or work as they'll deliver them for nothing.Coles, you're a bloody joke these days!

Coles has the way to drop the price of some items and increase the others. It gives you the purchase saving statement but it doesn't consider those where the prices have increased.I tend to agree. Coles is no longer the coles it use to be. Its variety and the quality of the green product have dropped but the prices are on the rise. They reduces prices on some products and proudly display it in yellow stickers but to balance the drop they rise prices on some other products of everyday use.Not happy with coles, once use to be.

The store itself is fine, but the staff…. Not sure if they’ve all been lobotomized, I asked what isle a product is in and was stared at blankly with no response until I walked away, no sense of urgency and the staff in the deli will eventually cause an argument amongst customers as they follow the ticket system and then will pick random numbers almost “out of a hat”. The staff need a shake up!
