Very satisfied with the friendly service by George and his team in assisting my elderly parents buy an electric bed for the first time, including coming to their home to directly demo the bed options and explain how it works. Andrea in the office was lovely to deal with and the delivery team was very efficient in setting up the whole bed and getting rid of all the packing material. A big thanks to George for kindly including all the extra's (fitted & flat sheets, pillowcases, bedhead and electric blanket) so my parents could immediately enjoy their new bed, very much appreciated!

We purchased the split king elite with deluxe mattress and OMG they are fantastic! we have never slept so well! SUCH a comfortable sleep and raising the head has stopped my snoring and has helped my sleep enormously! We have never been so happy with a new bed. We've had our King split adjustable bed for a week now.I now know why I couldn’t find one bad review of sleep electric beds when researching various adjustable beds.Initially, I was looking for an adjustable bed to help my wife, with Alzheimer’s, be more settled overnight as she was sitting up during the night with her head on the hard wooden head board. Now I can position her , at bed time, comfortably and she has been settled all night.Bonus for me because I sleep in zero gravity or on my side with the head slightly raised and I'm sleeping better and don't wake up with the old aches and pains.Margaret, Brad and the delivery team were fantastic. The transactions was really easy.Brad bought the mobile showroom to us and answered all my questions. Suggesting a model that will fit with a hi-lo bed, if we need it in the future for my wife.Thank you, Brad, Margaret and all involved for the easy transaction and great customer service.

My new bed is fantastic. A lot of my pain has simply gone! When I do get pain now I can easily change position to ease it, and use the massage function.

George is such a professional sales person giving me such excellent product advice for my elderly mother. After speaking to many bed company’s and not finding their prices clear, Sleep Electrics pricing was clear and exceptionally competitive! The mobile showroom was also convenient and the delivery process seamless.

George helped me get into the portable show room safely and ran me through the amazing features of the beds they sell and ask questions regarding my pain so he knew what he was do with the bed when i was on it to keep my pain to a bare minimum unlike other places who has had me lay down straight away and sit it up as straight as it could go causing me great pain.The product its self exceeded my expectations of what a bed built to help people living with disability can do. The high low feature is a savour for me after a hard day at physio when I’m feeling sore and in the mornings when i need to stretch out. .I would like to say a big thank you to the delivery team who were extremely tidy and very in-depth with showing my partner and i how to use the bed to help with my paraplegia.I would 100% use sleep electric again and i am trying to convince friends In need better their sleep by purchasing a bed from sleep electric.10/10

From our initial phone enquire to the team who visited our home with the mobile showroom to ordering a bed, had been incredibly.Margaret and Ben are extremely patient, polite, professional and punctual. Ben showed us the options we had to chose from and not once did he try and push us into any sale. The products, display and marketing program leave you feeling confident and comfortable with buying an electric bed. We planned to do an extensive test of many brands at many locations, although once mum tried the bed and was shown it’s features, it was a done deal, she didn’t feel pressured and there was no need to go window shopping. I am very happy with my recent purchase of an electric bed. The service I received from the team, George, Andrea, Adam and the delivery team has been exceptional. All queries were answered in a timely manner, delivery was timely and efficient. When I realised I had made an error with my choice, I was listened to and my issue sorted without a problem. We are very pleased and no regrets purchasing this electric bed.My husband band was not looking forward to the change of our bed but even him has agreed it was a good decision.I have severe reflux and am now enjoying a good nights sleep for the first time in a few years.The staff we had assisted us with deciding which type of bed would be best for us with our different needs.
