Snooze Stones Corner

I don't normally write reviews but felt obliged to after the excellent service I received by Snooze Stones Corner. My wife and I went in on a Sunday afternoon, needing a King Size Bed and Mattress by the Tuesday. Our helpful sales rep Georgie talked us through options and told us she could get a bed out by Tuesday which was our moving day. All other stores we looked at online were quoting a 4 week wait minimum. Needless to say the bed and mattress turned up on Tuesday afternoon just in time.On unpacking the King Bed frame at 5:30pm I noticed one of the bed legs had a crack in it. I contacted Snooze Stones Corner and Greg promptly called me, and then proceeded to drive across to another store, locate a replacement part and hand deliver it to our door in Wynnum.Very impressed with the professionalism and customer service of the store, both Greg and Georgie. I don't plan to buy another bed for 10 years, but when I do, we will be back.

Went into Snooze Stones Corner thinking I would walk out with a couple of mattresses, instead I walked out empty handed. The two SA that was rostered on was not keen to help.I asked for matresses for the kids new Bunk Bed, the lady said 'oh we can't sell matresses to you, because you don't know the height of your bunk bed and bunk beds are unsafe'.That comment was made bacause she thought I look like I'm in my 20's but I'm a lot older than that. I have two older kids (it's not like they are toddlers), we opted for bunk beds due to space.I also asked if Super King Bed Frame was available to order, both SA said they don't sell anything like that (scratching my head).

Callum was so professional and so helpful. He listened, worked out exactly what we wanted, suggested options and respected we needed ‘Space’ to make our choice of mattresses. He was efficient and had excellent communication. Thank you - would recommend you check out Snooze at Stones Corner.

Georgie greeted us at the door and took us around the show room. She was professional, listened to all our needs and founds us the perfect bed.Chose something different from our Queen bed, this time two long singles. Georgie helped us choose everything from the base, mattress, head board to the linen. The beds are excellent quality and the linen is divine. From Georgie's amazing service in the show room right through to the very polite and professional delivery guys, Snooze was the perfect store for us.

We bought a Madison matress last Sunday and we got it delivered today. We are so happy with the whole process. The customer service was great on the day, explained all the different alternatives in price and quality. We received a call and a txt confirming the delivery within 9am and 11am and we got it at 10am. They definitely delivered what they promise.

Thanks for a professional service, from sales through to delivery. I was informed, respected and valued as a customer and very happy with my purchase. A big shout out to the young delivery lad whom was polite and courteous and respectful by taking shoes off when asked so as not to dirty our newly laid carpet.

The store is full of different choices but the cleanliness needs to be better.Customer service was just ok

Bought a double ensemble a few months ago from here and everything went smoothly with great customer service. Just spoke with Hannah to purchase a Queen ensemble base. Hannah was helpful, professional and made sure everything was in order. This is why I'll always come back to this store and refer anyone I can to them.

I want to pass on a massive thank you to Georgie at Snooze Stones Corner. Not only did she know her stuff like the back of her hand, but she was only too happy to help me in buying a new mattress and did so with a big smile. Georgie greeted my Mum and I on arrival and took her time to talk me through a range of mattresses without overwhelming me or pushing for a sale. She was professional, listened to my needs and gave honest advice. She took the time to answer all of my questions and was incredibly friendly and personable. I placed an order and the mattress arrived within one week. The delivery crew also did their job with a smile and friendly chat. The whole process was a breeze. Thank you Georgie and the entire team at Snooze Stones Corner. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my next mattress and will recommend you to family and friends.

I understand now why they offer cheap prices. They sell seconds products.I am putting a formal complaint in with ACCC after being scammed by this company.You are very aware of who I am. Yet again one of your cowboy tactics. ACCC can deal with you.
