Facilities First owned by Serco GroupHolds contracts to clean public schools for Education Department.This company is a vile workplace. The way they treat there cleaners is horrendous. Nothing but discrimination & bullying from HR department down to all levels of supervisors. Disgusting people.

It's currently the contract company for schools, l have asked for weeks for masks (must wear for WHS for using the blower) and gloves and they still haven't supplied. They lower your pay on annual leave, compassionate leave or holidays. No hygiene allowance, no split shift allowance. Broad spectrum was WAY better and l hope they get the contract when the whole of govt contract comes up again. They say they train, they don't. Cloths aren't washed, they're grose. Vacuum cleaners are old and noisy.

Disclaimer I'm a writer here at Facilities First however, I have direct experience working with the cleaners here on some residential investment properties and they are world class, go the extra distance, turn up on time and get the job done. Highly recommended.
