My Wife and I always knew what we wanted achieve investing in property, but making that happen was as very different thing. Hearing Nathan pair our world view and property goals, made it an easy choice to work together. Working with Jeremy has been great, he explained things clearly. Recently purchased our first investment property with Nathan and his team and everything went quite smoothly. His team provided all the assistance from getting finance to property management post purchase so we didn’t have to stress about lining up everything that’s involved with an investment property. My husband found out about B-Invested through a friend and had listened to Birchie's podcasts across countless hours. He then approached me about the concept and the strategy. I initially learned of b Invested in 2014 when we were looking for our first property but ultimately made the decision to go out on our own. This is a decision which I believe greatly slowed the growth of our portfolio. We finally got talking with Nathan, Wayne and the team again in 2021 and purchased an instantly positively geared property with great cashflow.Nathan is a genuine bloke and real estate genius, and within chatting with him for 5 minutes we had received the value of his services and then some. Nathan thinks outside the box and I feel genuinely has your financial freedom at heart. Their terms and conditions are fair and not like many property investment firms which try and trap you into committing to their services.I will use their services again and would openly recommend b Invested to anyone looking for guidance in building a property portfolio.

Having watched Nathan’s content on YouTube I decided to contact B Invested. I was then put in contact with Pat, who is now my relations manager. We discussed what my future goals were and he and the B Invested team help formulate a plan to help me achieve this goals. To date I have been working with B Invested for almost 12 months and have far exceeded what I thought was possible in that time. That being said, it has definitely been a challenge, but when you have a supportive team around you it makes a world of difference. Would definitely recommend Nathan, Pat and the B Invested team.

Nathan delivered in the properties as promised was really amazed at the market that Nathan was able to get me into for 2 properties, both properties have been positively gearing since purchasing in December.The massive negatives are firstly the cost - $24000 for the opportunity due to the fees - I thought I was being charged $12000 for both properties but it was each then when I looked at the budget and asked to extend the payments to 12 months because the fees would have sent me into negative $$$ they charged another $6000. They made sure to factor the fees into my super that’s for sure.Secondly the administration was very very poor. Their saving grace was the investing company I just spent 4 months with trying to purchase was worse, I already had the majority of the paperwork completed but I was the one who actively closed out the paperwork - BInvests collaborative administration team was super poor and I made several complaints about it!!!

We have loved working with Nathan and his team, they are very thorough, very professional and I would recommend their service to anyone who wants to create a property portfolio..Its comforting in knowing that the properties being presented to you are backed by strong data, Nathans market knowledge & experience is amazing. We have now bought a few property’s with Binvested, and hope to keep going. Many thanks particularly to Tim...his patience is amazing.
