Staff are passive aggressive and un friendly, minority of the doctors are rude and disrespectful, I have a complex health condition that’s still being investigated, doctors here have done nothing but be dismissive, my daughter has all so had unpleasant experiences with doctors here.There was a couple of good doctors here preciously doctor Megan Wild but she has left , I would not recommend this clinic, there are better clinics in town with good thorough doctors who are friendly and professional to Adults and children with high respect and compassion.

Worse staff around, Very blunt, Refuse's to do what they said they would do the day before.Time to start recording all phone conversation's and reporting them to the medical board.For refusal of service to a patient needing medication.Due to the fact the staff an doctors are too lazy an overcharge.

Doctors here are pathetic, I have had personal experience with 5 of the gps at this clinic, every single one of them wouldn't know which end of the stethoscope to put in their ears. Here's one example....Arrive to Emergency (via SAAS) with mental health issues only to be seen by an obstetrician. Don't think I'm pregnant Doc...

After waiting for 15 minutes on the phone From 8.30 I was told there were no appointments available but I could see the duty doctor if I like, when I asked who they were (which I feel is a perfectly legitimate question considering that we pay for the service) I was told quite abruptly that she would tell me that, so I did say I would have to go elsewhere then , so was told OK and she promptly hung up. After attending this clinic for over 35 years I feel that their service has dropped terribly, by the way had to wait over an hour for a flu shot whilst sitting in a terrible overcrowded waiting room the week before. It a great thing that all doctors can access my health details now for this reason.

The nurses read all the reviews in the nurses office and laugh at all the negative ones. They were doing it today untill they noticed us watching. I filmed alot of it to and will be showing it to whoever I have to.Worst doctors in murray bridge. My misses moved seats with my son because a man was coughing and she sat in a seat near the nurses station. The nurse came out and asked why my misses was sitting in the nurse waiting area and when my misses told her why she sat there the nurse raised her voice and said she shouldn't be here if my son was coughing when it wasn't my son it was a older guy. Hence why my misses moved. Well the older guy heard and left. Which he shouldn't of had to but heard her yelling about coughing. Then the nurse goes into the room and sends another nurse to come out and she was rude also huffing and shaking her head. If your having a bad day at work don't take it out on the patients and yell at them. And these are the seats all empty. Ill be taking this further no person should be scared to go to the doctors just incase they come out and bully you. That poor man isn't seeing a doctor now and I have to think is he ok.

Very good doctors. Fantastic nurses always helpful. Miss Dr.Thompson who has retired. Been going here for more than twenty years and have always been looked after with the utmost professional care.

Pick the right doctor and don’t come here if you’re in a hurryDesk Staff are extremely unhelpful and blunt. Got told an hour wait and waited for 3 hours called twice while waiting just to be told another half hour each time I call. I’ve missed other appointments due to this. Isn’t the first time I’ve waited over 2 hours at this place.

Came to see an emergency Dr and waited over 2 hours. When i have the time to speak to the Dr and told her everything about my cough over a month had vomited blood and just said no need to do an x ray and the chest pain that im having said its just a muscle pain and the cough said it was normal to have (even for a month) but when i get a second opinion from another Dr from different clinic he gave me a referral to get an x-ray, and it turns out i have a chest infection and water on my lungs. Not worth to pay $80 and waited 2 hours and got nothing from them.

Ok, a month and a half ago i went to murray bridge hospital after falling on my wrist. Dr was average in way he examined dr butler. But he was nice enough, he explained a few things, i had xray, he said i will call tom if anything wrong. I never recieved a call which i thiught to be very unprofessional, he should have called either way, but did not. I ended up driving to modbury hospital, where another xray was done and stupid african dr missed a break in my wrist. So i had to go back to modbury where a really nice nurse practitioner showed me xray and explained, so so far she only person who was able to give me answers after seeing 2 drs already. I went back to murray bridge hospital to ask if dr could look at xray that was done there by dr butler and a fat nurse with ridiculously pink hair started yelling at me, no this is an emergency department ra ra ra, she went on yelling at me, he would have called you if there was anythi g wrong. I said i just want to know whats wrong with my wrist can a dr look at xray it was done here. . Rude abrupt nurse said i needed to go to bridge clinic i said no it was do e here. Then she walked off all angry and annoyed why ive no clue, so i sat for 5 mins thinking and then stupid nurse at desk said to me what are you doing, what are you doing as if to say get out of here, go away. I was made to feel like a 2nd class citizen and im scared to go back there if i need to. I recently had severe asthma but i refused to call ambulance as my dr in adelaide told me to because im scared of way they treat you at murray bridge hospital. Its just horrible.

i had a procedure may 22 - asked doc how much will it cost as im on pension - he said nothing - next thing i get a bill for $80.62 - i rang billing department explained the situation - they said the will look into it - i heard NOTHING - in jan 23 i get a red notice bill!!!!!i had not heard from them - on the 10/1/23 rang billing department they said dr.j.smit will not wave the fee - i am paying $5 a month - i have been to a few specialists and they have ALL just bulk billed - rant over...
