Andrew and his team go more than the extra mile, to look after their clients!We had a young family without water because of a pump failure. I phoned Glen at Think Water early in the morning and within a few hours a new pump was installed. This was in the Christmas/ New Years break time.If I could give this company 6 Stars I would!!Cheers Lloyd

Friendly and fast service, but extremely disappointing pricing. They charged me $300 more than the fair market price for a submersible pump (I looked up the price of the pump - same make/model - on the internet and within a minute found at least 4 Australian suppliers selling this pump $300 cheaper). If the price of the pump on the invoice included installation than they charged me (including the callout fee) a whopping $420 of labour for approximately 1 hour of work. Equally disappointing and price gouging from my perspective.

David had to order in the filters we needed and have them shipped to us. No issues at all, we received the filters less than 24 hours after ordering. I’ve used a number of different filter suppliers and never has the process been easier or friendlier. Great work, will use again and can highly recommend.
