Kylie knew the area, and so knew exactly how to pitch our property to the market. We went to market after the first interest rate rise, at the election, and in the midst of pouring rain. And we *still* had a contract within one week at a price well above our starting figure. Kylie was with us and for us every step of the way. We are very happy and satisfied sellers!
