Kali & Ariel's Home Cleaning Perth

I hired this company as my wife is currently unwell and I work full time in a high pressure job and we also have young children. Hiring a cleaning company to clean our house was supposed to alleviate some pressure. Unfortunately the cleaner they sent did quite the opposite.I understand that cleaning an unfamiliar house can take time and a bit of getting used to. With that in mind, I spend the best part of the preceding weekend ensuring that there was a good “base level” upon which the cleaner could start.After the first “clean” I arrived home after the 3hrs I was advised to allocate to the job. I found some tasks I had specifically asked to be done had not been done (marks on walls in high traffic areas, skirting boards in dining area, upstairs blinds). I gave the feedback and was told that the downstairs blinds (1 average window and two small in total) were very dirty so she didn’t have time. I thought this was a little strange but the downstairs looked good so gave her the benefit of the doubt.Upon further inspection, I noticed that the upstairs (kids) bathroom had barely been touched. There was even toothpaste still on the front of the sink, the window sill was dirty, as was the shower screen.I passed on this feedback in a very nice way in a note left this week. I even said to alternate between the upstairs and downstairs blinds each week.When the “clean” was done this week the standard was even worse. It appeared that surfaces had been dry wiped. There were still marks on surfaces including the dining table. Our bedside tables had not been touched and neither had the kids furniture.I sent an email to the manager to voice my concerns and included photos, hoping for a resolution. I was then told that perhaps our house needed a “deep clean” or that there had been a miscommunication! In any case, the “cleaner” (Susan) had advised that she no longer wanted to clean our house. To top it off, I then got told that there were no other cleaners in this area, so here’s 50% off for your trouble, bye….. (In not so many words).* Since writing this review, I received a call from one of the owners who not only apologised profusely, but dealt with the situation in a caring, compassionate, and professional manner and was resolved to our satisfaction.

Incredible job of the grout in our kitchen and family room. I was amazed at the result. Thanks also for the cleaning to bring it all up to scratch.

I tried 4 different cleaning companies before coming across Kali & Ariel's on the internet, all of the other companies either were a substandard clean or scratched my floor boards. The first time I used Kali and Ariel's I was so impressed, couldn't believe the difference in quality and professionalism. Now we look forward to Amber coming over every Friday and leaving the place absolutely spotless, which prompted me to leave this review. Would highly recommend.

I'm an extremely busy working mum and really needed some assistance keeping my house clean. I am so grateful to now have Kirsten from Kali and Ariel's home cleaning coming to my house weekly for a few hours to dust, mop, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms and kitchen surfaces. It's my favourite part of the week and she always does such an incredible job. I also appreciate the wonderful communication and professionalism from the admin team. I have been a customer of Kali and Ariel's Home Cleaning for the past seven years. I had been satisfied with their service however a recent customer service incident has soured my experience with this company and I would no longer recommend their services.Over the past few months my regular booking has been repeatedly cancelled or rescheduled due to staffing issues. I was happy to accomodate this due to the current staffing environment however I was then advised that a cleaning service would no longer be offered in my area. I requested a final 'one off' clean be completed before terminating services, allowing me time to find a new company, however this was denied. A disappointing end for a regular customer.
