We chose the flat head tails, crumbed prawns, deep fried scallops and minimum chips. They were busy, but the wait was worth it. Very crisp, fresh and tasty

First time going for tea for a family of five here. Food was well over cooked. Nuggets were dry and shrivelled, the Chico rolls were dry and burnt. And the potato cakes were burnt and hardly any potato in them. Chips for $5 were not enough for 1 person let alone a family. When I called and complained they said to bring it back and they would remake. When I got there the manager said nothing wrong with it and that’s how they cook it. So if you want chips ask for undercooked.When I returned home with the second batch they were the same and burnt and full of oil. Absolutely disgusting. I called again and the manager said to bad we cooked it twice and refused to listen to my complaint and then banned us from the shop and hung up on me after saying they have the best reputation in Warrnambool. not that we will ever go there again. Rude, arrogant manager with disgusting food. Disgraceful

Waited over half hour for this $17 twin pack two potato cakes 2 dim sims and 41 chips yeah thanks excellent value. Denied they forgot the two flake.
