Oyster Bar Holdfast Shores
The original plan was to get to Coffin Bay but a 7hr drive there and back was going to be too much. So we tried to find a place that served fresh oysters, and we found it here! This was our last meal in Adelaide, and by far the best! Quality of seafood was excellent, view looking out to the wharf made it special, and price reasonable.I saw the reviews about dubious oyster quality but we didn't have such a problem.

Great location. My grilled fish was wonderful with perfect chips and an interesting salad. They offer an amazing range of gins, loved my choice garnished with pink peppercorns.

This place is phonemenal! We ordered a range of fresh oysters, sweet potato chips, arancini and garlic bread and all the food was flawless! The staff are super friendly, the ambience and view is incredible! Will be back again with the kids. Highly recommended!

Came by on Australian day. Not sure if it’s because public holiday, the oysters are EXTREMELY SMALL. You cannot even taste it when you swallowed it. It’s not the first time visiting but it’s quite disappointing this time since its PH even with a 10% surcharge.HOPE THE OWNERS CAN SEE THIS AND HOPE THE GOOD QUALITY THAT OYSTER BAR USED TO HAVE ISN’T GONE

However, I highly recommend trying their all-time favorite Darley Fellas. The oysters are sourced from some of the best Oyster farms in Coffin Bay, situated in the heart of South Australia’s Oyster region on the Eyre Peninsula, just outside of Port Lincoln.The menu at the Oyster Bar is available all day, every day, and features an exciting range of dishes to suit everyone's preferences. The staff are well-trained and knowledgeable, and they can help you find the perfect wine to complement your meal. They also offer an impressive selection of craft beers.Don't miss out on their Oysters of the Month, and be sure to check out their weekday Happy Hour from 5 pm-6 pm, which offers discounted prices on Pints, House Wines, and Lemoncello Spritz.If you're a fan of oysters, make sure to visit the Oyster Bar on Wednesdays, where their whole oyster menu is discounted all day.
