Highly recommend this outstanding business if you are in need for a locksmith!I needed a few locks to be re-keyed as well as an entrance deadlock replaced. The team were very transparent and responsive to all my queries regarding a quote and were able to send someone out within the week.Joe came on time as was very kind, helpful and did a fantastic job for a fair price.

These guys are great, they offer a very helpful & professional style of service. I've used them a number of times for getting obscure keys cut for work and each time they've been able to sort it out. They aren't the cheapest, but definitely still good value given the level of service.

I received a SMS telling me Luke would be at my house in 26 minutes. When Luke arrived he introduced himself & I showed him the locks I needed replacing. Luke gave me a quote on which I agreed & he started on the job. Luke replaced the locks on a sliding glass door & a sliding screen door. He did a very good & neat job. Luke was very informative & polite. I would highly recommend Platinum Locksmiths.
