I recently visited Blue Mountains Chocolate Shop in Katoomba and had a delicious hot chocolate. While their chocolate is certainly expensive, I have to say that the quality is top-notch and the experience was worth the price.The atmosphere of the shop is cozy and inviting, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They were happy to answer any questions we had about their chocolate and even offered some recommendations on what to try.The hot chocolate itself was rich and decadent, and you could really taste the high quality of the chocolate they use. It was the perfect indulgence on a chilly day in the Blue Mountains.While I wouldn't recommend going to Blue Mountains Chocolate Shop if you're on a tight budget, I do think it's worth the splurge if you're looking for a special treat or gift for someone. The staff really go out of their way to make you feel welcome, and the quality of their chocolate is truly exceptional.Overall, I would give Blue Mountains Chocolate Shop a four-star rating. The high prices are definitely a consideration, but the friendly staff and delicious chocolate make it a worthwhile experience.

Beautiful location tucked away from the usually very busy main street. Lots of seating and everything was very affordable. We had the famous deconstructed hot chocolate and it was delicious, staff very friendly and happy to assist newcomers with how to melt the choclate. Wide selection of treats to take home.Would recommend to anyone looking for a day out.

Probably one of the shops that you have to come by when you visit blue mountains. The chocolates are quite good. It's creamy and not too sweet unlike other chocolates. However the prices are a tad too touristy.

I visited the Chocolate Company after a long hike in the Blue Mountains for some well-deserved chocolates. They were absolutely delicious, with multiple flavors to choose from, and a lot of gluten-free options. Plus, you can have a look at the production workshop throughout the glass wall, I really liked it!

Warning; fat phobic business! I Visited here today waited at the cabinet to order. Waited about 5 minutes and was not acknowledged. Yes they were busy, looked like there were only 2 staff on. Went for a quick browse of the shop to take the pressure off them. I returned to the cabinet and waited another 5 minutes. There was a gentleman standing behind me who then moved a little further down the cabinet. The staff chose to ignore me, the next customer waiting in line and serve the other gentleman who had not been waiting long. A word of advice to the staff and owners of the business; ignoring the fat customer is not a smart move in a business like that. I had money to spend and was very much planning to do so. After this poor treatment I walked right out. There is no way I will give my money to a fat phobic business like that. Just horrible customer service.

Love the real hot chocolate and of course the chocolates.We took 2 packs of chocolates and it was very yummy. We loved hazelnut praline !

Highly recommend the ‘Real Hot Chocolate’, its really rich in flavour (abit sweet), but also an experience!
