Bought a car from Adam a few weeks ago, he was a great help presenting us with numerous options but knew how to cater to our needsHe treated myself & my son with respect which we’re really thankful for.He provided us with warranty and a great car.I would highly recommend to go to adam for vehicles, especially for your kids first car!

We bought a car advertised as being in “excellent condition” that developed a major failure just 3 days after we drove it off the yard. It is extremely unreliable and unsafe to drive.Adam was initially helpful, trying to fix the problem. He took the car for over a week to try and fix it, but the same fault occurred the very next day.We were sold a lemon car, and Adam is refusing to refund the car in accordance with Australian consumer law.In addition, Adam misrepresented the 12 month warranty that he sold with the vehicle. Be warned, it has extremely limited coverage, and is hardly a selling point as Adam made out to us. Adam also suggested that we effectively lie to the warranty company when faults occurred to get maximum value out of the planAdam is forcing us to go through VCAT to solve this dud car that he sold us. Adam even tried to dissuade us by saying how long the VCAT process will take (as if that justifies his refusal to honour his consumer guarantee obligations).

We collected a car on 7 February and it started failing from 10 February. We are now 9 weeks down the line, with the same major failure still occurring, and Adam is refusing to take the dud car back.We have spent weeks trying to figure out what the issue is with the car, and no mechanic (nor Adam) has been able to fix it. Adam is now suggesting that we are trying to scam him by asking him to take back this broken car.We are very disappointed and recommend that nobody does business with this car dealer.
