Mike's Marine

Have an issue with my outboard. Asked them to diagnose and repair. Then do a service too. If they couldn't repair I specifically said don't service. Which should he obvious.They then mis diagnosed the problem, told me it was an easy fix, didn't fix it and went onto service the outboard.So frustrating. Really disappointed as I was recommended to go here and now feel like my time and money has been wasted.Wouldn't go near this place again.

As a interstate buyer I relied on a pre-purchase inspection report for a boat which fail to mention the horrible condition of the paint job, scratches on hull, pitting on outboard and bad condition of trailer. Also paid for 12 month service costing over 3k as part of the purchase of the boat that obviously did not happen. Best avoid!

Top notch service as always, myself and old man have been taking our boats to Mike for a while now and always stoked with the work. Friendly, family run business, awesome workmanship and well priced. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Keeps my Merc running like brand new. Definitely a customer for as long as they're in business. 10/10

I looked at at least 8 marine service places for a new 150 Merc and all come up with expensive prices and didn't want to fit out the motor and put the gauges in my boat that I wanted all said it was too hard Mike's marine stepped up good price professional and even went further white fixing little things on my boat before they fit the motor cannot recommend these people high enough for the job they did on my boat

I bought my boat off Mike 2 years ago and he’s been servicing it ever since. He’s reliable and doesn’t beat around the bush like other mechanics have in the past for me. His new young pup workers coming through are also great blokes and seem to be learning a lot off Mike quickly.

Booked our boat in for its yearly service which they were kindly able to accommodate our availability. Greeted with fantastic service & great communication. Got the boat back today & pleased to say it’s ready to spend many trips out on the water with the family this summer. Thanks again Mike & Shelley.

Took my boat in for a service and was very impressed with the customer service and support. I was concerned about an additional oil leak and although not caused by the service, the team in there took the boat back in and investigated it, repaired it and ensured it was good to go again all part of the initial service cost. Couldn’t be happier, thanks Mike and your team, I’ll be back next year for the next service. Recommended

Dropped my boat in for it’s yearly service, and as always greeted with a smile and plenty of assistance to take the trailer off the car. I would highly recommend Mikes Marine as you get great quality service on your outboard at a reasonable price, great value for money.

I recently had a service done on my yamaha 30hp and boat trailer, as well as welded an electric motor mounting plate onto my tinny. Mike's quote price was one of the fairest, and I am more than happy with the service provided. Would recommend them to any of my friends in the future.Added today, I had my Motorguide XI5 installed with Mike's today, fantastic job done by Danny and Mike's crew, it was wired professionally, even help me tidy up some of my old wiring cables, no more messy cables! Spoke to Danny if he can help me drill a hole so I can fit a rod holder in, as my drill is not powerful enough, he even riveted the rod holder in no questions asked. Zach was patient showing me how everything works at the end as well. These guys would go above and beyond for their customer. Their price is very competitive too, and only charge what's quoted. Best Marine shop in Brisbane. Well done guys! Will visit again!

Mikes marine fitted a new mercrusier 4.3 motor to my boat and within 2 hours of use we find that a oil line was pinched whilst re fitting a new motor they fixed the problem just a lot of hassles on our holiday having to call coast guard . Now just out of warranty we find that a bolt has come undone from the balance shaft and lodged its self in the timing chain cover .Tried to call Mikes Marine many times but you now when they say we will call back and they don't well you get the idea that they know how is calling and make it impossible to contactI would not recommend
