Ranch House Mowers (Now trading as The RedShed)

Like many other reviews, mine is more about the lack of Customer Service skills by a couple of team members. Let me set you straight; you're not doing me a favour taking my money and I don't need the attitude. There are other competitors in the area that don't make a habit of belittling people and they'll get more my business from here on. Get over yourselves.

The staff member was very friendly, and had great product knowledge. I purchased the product Brad had recommended, and it suits my needs very nicely. I would definitely recommend Ranch house Mowers Narre Warren.

I have used this mower shop for many years and they are a great business. Always helpful, they sell good quality equipment and spare parts. Ive had repairs done by them and there workmanship is spot on and they charge a fair price. Highly recommended

I would like to thank the helpful people at Ranch House Mowers especially Katrina for the purchase of a log splitter.Katrina even went out of her way to deliver the machine to me which I am 1-1/4 hour drive away from the shop and made sure she was early enough that I wouldn't be late for work.I would highly recommend them for future purchases.Thanks again.

Over my many years of customer service experience with Ranch House Mowers: Excellent service, fantastic business ethic. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone needing sales and service for (in my regard Honda) garden products.

I am the Maintenance Manager of a large civil landscaping company, I have used these guys for a number of years and have always found them to be professional, courteous and know their stuff. They are always available to give advice when needed and are full of helpful hints and tips on the equipment. Prices for new equipment are fair and reasonable and their back up service impeccable.

I’ve used Ranch House Mowers for all my mower servicing/repairs basically since they opened. They haven’t missed a beat. All jobs have been completed very well and in a timely manner at a reasonable cost.A long the journey I have dealt with a number of different staff and without doubt found them to be respectful and easy to deal with. Would recommend their service to anyone.

They did fix my mower and that's why, despite my desire to give them less, they get 3 stars.I would never go back there because every time I spoke to them I left infuriated at how rude and condescending the lady on the desk is. If she isn't the owner then I have absolutely no idea how she could have a job that has to deal with the customers. I had a relative who owns a lawn mower repair business in Bendigo have a look at my mower while he was visiting and because he did not have his tools he told me what it needed. When I dropped my mower in she refused to engage in any conversation about what needed to be done and she didn't even do it politely. She was snappy and condescending. I was told by said relative that it was half an hours work with no parts needed and in his shop would cost $30-50.. After a week with no contact I rang and was told they were waiting on the part and when I questioned it I was cut off, snapped at and hung up on. It ended up costing 5 times what I was told by my relative. Ranch mowers need an education.
