My daughter recently attended Bob Jane T-Marts at Gladesville to have a puncture repair. Not only did they provide professional, quick and courteous service, the team also swapped out the ‘spare’ to the normal wheel, all at a very modest price.I know where I will go when I need to buy new tyres!I forgot to mention that the staff also ‘re-packed’ the spare wheel and accessories back into the boot.Thank you!

I recently changed my tires here and they managed to break 2 out of 4 wheel covers. As the result, I lost one of them on the road and now forced to replace the whole set, which will cost me another $520. Will never come back again and don't recommend to anyone.

Went to the Gladesville store to get my flat changed the other day. Tony and his team gave excellent customer service and helped me find the right tyre for my car!! They provided me with some knowledge on the different tyres to best suit my car, I requested a tyre to be ordered so i get matching tyres, they came in quickly and fixed it for me when they arrived very fast and efficiently!! Thanks guys! I recommend anyone to go here for quick and great service!

Came for a tyre puncture. The tyre was needing a little pump up once a fortnight (usually around 26psi when it let me know, still not flat at all) so thought I'd get it sorted. 45 quoted to repair. Ended up leaving costing $80 as there was 2 punctures... in my experience 2 punctures wouldn't hold and the real issue is transparency. No proof there was 2, just repaired and here's your bill.Feel like I've been ripped off, I should have at least had the option to site the issue as I was hanging around. If the expected price changes, surely it's the norm to communicate it.Frustrating

Luca and his team at BJ Gladesville were great and efficient when I needed 4 new Michelin tyres. Luca was very knowledgeable with tyres and prices. Was greeted on arrival by Tony. Was in and out quickly and happy with the outcome.Keep up the great work!!!
