I was delighted to see this store open in Launceston, where I could buy Australian made clothing, and made a purchase a couple of weeks ago. However, when I went in today, I was asked by an employee to provide my name and contact details. I am very disappointed to see this....this is Tasmania, not Victoria. I walked out, and will not go back until they have stopped this ridiculous fear-mongering invasion of privacy.

I came across this store while visiting Launceston (I'm from Melbourne). What a great store! A huge range of sizes from petite to plus-size and a huge selection of styles. The staff were friendly and attentive, they made my shopping experience there so relaxing and fun. The store was spacious, so you can easily see what is on offer even with several other customers it did not feel crowded. A great shopping experience and I found exactly what I was looking for!

What a joke. Purchaséd 2 pair of black trousers @ $240.00. not cheap. We had to have the legs taken up.no worries. So mum goes to wear them and they band's are not sewn right around. Staff said they do that the band dosent roll. So I took them back and the said they would fix the waisted band sew all around and the hem at the legs that weren't sewn properly leaving gaps. So a week goes by they ring to say the trousers are ready. So we go and pick them up.well nothing has been done to the trousers, nothing.im sick to death of lying staff. Those trousérs were not touched.they stayed in the shop for a week.staff are liers and make you feel uncomfortable and why do they always ask your personal details. All you want to do is buy something and leave. Back stabbing staffandd the lady said they do that
