Yesterday, I went to Rebel Sports Highpoint to buy running shoes, but left feeling annoyed. I asked three different staff members for help, but they all seemed disinterested and gave me brief, unhelpful answers. Instead of assisting me, they were busy joking around with their colleagues. Their behavior was unacceptable, and I was disappointed that these staff members can get away with providing such poor service. I ended up purchasing my runners from Athletes Foot, where I received a much better service.

I really like the new rebel store at highpoint, it's just so massive, it has a really big range of stuff.. oh and the store is really clean..i give 4 stars because I entered and walked around the store for a little and was not greeted or asked if I needed help with anything...

Only recently renovated this is the perfect rebel store. It's well laid out, goods are well presented, and it carries an impressive range of goods. To boot, the staff is super helpful and friendly, and provided us with amazing customer service. Check it out, highly recommend.

The most inexperienced staff horrible experience to have to drive out back to the store that gave me 2 different sizes for a pair of shoes purchased. Couldn’t even check that they’re giving me 2 left shoes. I travel an hour to come correct their incompetence and I’m asked to wait in a queue instead of an apology and trying to help make things better. The attitude is beyond appalling

Went into the store to buy a tennis racquet and had the utmost pleasure of having Grace help me find one. She was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable with what type of racquet would best suit me. There aren't enough people in customer service like Grace. Please pass on my best regards to her as she deserves a pay rise!!

Was there to buy shoes today for my son and I. The male retail rep with curly hair was talking to his friends for about 10mins. I asked him for sizes of nike 270 black and he said i work in soccer department and not sure. I asked him to check just the size and he said no sizes that I was after and left it at that. Did not even tell where i can get them from at another outlet like werribee or anything. Im at JD sports now. Good luck having a staff member that has zero customer service or respect to the business.

Really, really bad, unfriendly service. The staff in general, not all, but most, are just not interested in providing good, friendly service with a smile. They all need retraining, including the managers. I challenge any high level Rebel manger to go in secretly, as a customer, 5 to 10 times, not just once, and see if what I say is not correct. It's sad that such a well fitted shop should have the staff sabotaging it.
