Easy to find and in a great location with Westfield parking. Very convenience and the staff are always helpful

Really disappointed in this store. I'm a regular customer but since having a baby have realised how difficult it is to get around the store with boxes lining almost every aisle. I can't get the pram through and wonder how anyone with disability (eg: a wheelchair) would manage. After hitting almost everything trying to get out of an aisle today i couldn't even join the line to pay as it went down an even smaller aisle (due to boxes). I was told I should have left the pram outside. I'm sorry I don't trust people to not steal my pram. Guess I'll spend my money elsewhere.

Handled a bad situation very wellI was in today to grab some medication and the lady in front of me had broken something she brought and wanted a replacement but the man at the prescription counter made it clear that normally if people break an item they can't replace it and she started having a go at him and saying he is rude when he was very calm and trying to helpIn the end he replaced it with a new product and said next time the part she broken is $7 if she needs a new one and she was not happy with it being $7Another lady asked her to move to the side while he grabbed her new item and she started having a go at this lady saying the floor had some marks and it was gross and been there all dayI'm sorry they had to put up with someone so rude and they handled it very well considering all she wanted to do was abuse themThey then served me and had my medication ready in minutes

What I really like about Chemist Warehouse is their prices and their customer service. I recently stayed longer on vacation and ran out of my scripts. I rang the Pharmacist and he faxed my scripts that day to another chemist warehouse store. That’s the beauty of leaving your scripts with them and for having lots of stores nationally. They also text me when my scripts are due. Their prices are always the cheapest. I haven’t found anyone yet (in years) that beats their prices.

Worst customer service. I waited more than 10 minutes for someone to help me in the make up aisle. One worker walked past me, litterally and had completely pretended I didn't exist and also didn't offer any assistance. Another worker had tried arguing with me that the foundation I wanted didn't exist even tho I've been a customer for years and my partner can confirm because his brought it on a few seperate occasions in the past. I then asked her what she would suggest as an alternative and she just shrugged and walked off. If you don't like your job don't work there. Simple.

Very incompetent especially during this Covid19, my husband wanted to get 2 scripts filled and even told the pharmacist that he had 2 scripts and the pharmacist seemed like he understood. Found out only one script was filled. Your staff should be paying extra attention during this time especially with medication. If your staff don't understand English fluently why are they working there? You have now caused my husband to risk his health going out again to fill a script that should have been done properly the first time. Obviously there is a communication problem with the pharmacists going by some of the other critical reviews.Also condescending manager, saying that its only a dollar but every dollar adds up.Wont be shopping here ever again.

They never answer the phone. I have to drive in to place an order for meds they don’t carry day-to-day. Just so I can drive back to pick them up the next day (rather than call and order and pick them up the next day). It’s crazy.

Usually I hate shopping here because it's too busy. Your Skincare lady Ayla or Isla in aisle 7 is the reason I will return. Absolutely amazing customer service! Keep her at all costs! Thank you so much for your help girl. Your attitude and kindness brightens people's day ✨️

The worst chemist I've ever dealt with. They constantly screw up with prescription meds. I went to pick up S8 medication and they dispensed the wrong one and I didn't have the right one that I take daily. Another day I asked a pharmacist 3 times for particular a medicine and they almost dispensed the wrong one again. The only reason they didn't dispense it as it run out of the script. They also have some errors in their system where is shows that medicine is ready to pick up even when I've never requested for that medication. I wonder if those pharmacist are even trained? They are also are very slow with dispensing a medications. Horrible experience. Never again!

No perfumes have tops on them to testNobody wants to help, just follow you around like you are trying to steal. Perhaps if the young girl had asked if we required assistance rather than tail us around the perfume stand chemist warehouse would have made a decent sale ( I'm talking a few hundred $) . We took our business to Priceline today who were very helpful
