As a premium facial spa, we need our linen fresh, white, fluffy & covid-safe. Lush Linen makes it possible for our boutique business to offer the same experience as a luxury hotel. The whole experience is seamless for our team: bags of freshly washed towels, ironed sheets & face compresses magically arrive in the spa. We unpack them, use them to wrap our guests & dress our treatment beds, and throw them into a laundry bag. Missed pick ups and drop offs. When I rang to complain I only received excuses. Was then sent an email saying they were too busy taking on larger clients to service my business anymore.Poor form and bad business.
