I've had hip issues from playing soccer for over five years. Realising I don't have to live in pain, I visited Andrew a chiropractor and the myotherapists. After some sessions and some work, I am finally free of pain. I thank Andrew and his team for their expertise.

I’ve been at this place a while back and Dr Andrew truly did help me a lot and it was worth all the money. Sadly, my previous experience a couple months ago was extremely disappointing. My entire left lower back was in extreme pain and I was limping from the pain. For the first visit, to put it into simple words, I paid 70 dollars for nothing. Honestly nothing. Dr Andrew legit touched my lower back, nodded a few times, suggested a MRI and didn’t even adjust or properly assess my problem. I walked out with the same pain and 70 dollars poorer; and he told me to come back in a few days. That day comes, and this session, which I paid 80 dollars for, was legit not that much improvement to the service. Dr Andrew put me on this machine (for 5 minutes!) that is used for generic lower back pain instead of using his knowledge and skill set to treat MY personal problem. He then stretched my lower back and said “alright all done see you back in a few days”. I honestly stood there and asked him “is that all?” because I did not feel any tiny bit better. I walked to the reception feeling ABSOLUTELY robbed of 150 dollars of two day treatment, each treatment legit lasting 5-7 minutes. Again, I walked all the way back to the station with the same pain before any treatment from this chiropractic clinic. I immediately cancelled the next booking cause I felt so robbed and depressed that the pain was still so bad and I’m down $150 (which is a lot for a 19 year old uni student). When I experienced this back pain, I backed this chiropractic clinic because of the help it gave me a few years back, but these couple sessions I honestly feel like they did minimal help/adjustments/treatments to milk as much money from me as possible. Absolutely no personalised assessments for my specific problem, and unmotivated carefree help from Dr Andrew Moulten. To whoever reading this thinking of coming here, prepared to fork out a ton of money and time.

Frank is excellent, professional and understanding. I had a bike accident and he determined exactly the problem as well as historical ones from a 10 year motorbike accident. He corrected my spine and I feel 100 times better. Thank you again. Lovely office and service.

Been seeing Dr Jowett for approx six years now. During this time my overall health and my back have improved so much.If you want a chiropractor that will just snap and pop you this place isn’t for you.If you want a chiropractor that looks holistically at what is happening in your body and you are willing to put the work in, then this is where you should go.Theresa, myotherapist, is amazing also.Also lastly the comments in some reviews re pricing - the pricing is actually very reasonable for these types of treatments.
