Tina Nails

Went in to get my nails done. Was asked to wait. 40 minutes later, noone came to me still! She starts to do another lady’s nails who came in 5 minutes ago! I walked out! There is one person to do everyone’s nails and one for pedicure. Horribly understaffed and zero communication skills! Avoid this place like the plague!

Don't bother. Make an appointment or call ahead and they will pretend to book you in and make you wait just as long. For an indication of how terrible it was, the massage chair switched off twice, so at least 30+ minutes. Packed with children which also adds to the unpleasant experience. Service and nails are mediocre as well. Spend your money elsewhere. Has the nerve to ask for cash too.

I have been going to Tina’s nails for years and it only gets worse each time. very unhygienic and dirty. and all the nail files and everything look like they have never been cleaned.Last time I went the lady doing my acrylic nails messed with the application so badly it looked like a 3 year old did it. and when I tried to mention it she yelled at me that I didn’t know anything. At the end of my manicure Tina herself was doing my nails and it was getting worse. By the end of the 4 hours it took i was crying.Tina then tried to charge me $90 for messy and ugly nails. I told Tina that she messed up with the pattern and she started yelling at me again. My mum stepped in and made her stop. She told me to come down the next day and she would redo them. The next day she had the to audacity to try and charge me again for these nails that were worse than the pervious ones.Would never ever recommend to a friend. or anyone ever. the staff are rude and everything is dirty and gross

It was pretty disappointed . I wait nearly 2 hours . I get there with my kid to do theit was pretty disappointed. I get there with my kid . For take out the fake nails ( mine and here's) and also do the pedicure to her.They took more than 2 hours . They distroied my nail and they don't stop to put people in. And only with 4 worked or 5 in a Saturday. My kid it was waiting 1 hour . I say to them then I have to leave and still taking 45 min after that . And my nail is distroyed I will never come back . Is just a waist of money and time . And then are not even good .

Asked to sit and wait, and ended up waiting 1.5 hours to get nails done with no communication by staff apart from being asked to select a colour. This business needs better time management or more staff.

I went for the first time today and have to say the customer service was fantastic. All the staff were super friendly and welcoming, and accommodated for when I couldn't pick the right colour that I wanted. They took the time to trial different colours until I found something I was very happy with and I gotta say the attention to detail was there, I am very pleased with my Pedi, the cut and shape was perfect, I felt comfortable during the experience and will definitely be coming back and further recommending this place to others. Thank you Tina Nails!

Really well done. I took a friend there for a full set of acrylics. She's booked in for SNS this week.I had a pedi, great job. Definitely going back

Walked in was told to come at 1.30pm arrived at 1.30 and was sitting there till 1.40 till i was asked to sit on the nail chair. Was sitting there for another 45mins. By then it was 2.15pm got up and left. Absolutely pathetic service.
