As someone who has NO clue about swimming pools, it was great to have someone come in and take care of everything, explaining to me along the way what I needed to know. Very friendly and patient! Will be using them again for sure :)

Never dealt with Jim's Pool Care before and had some concerns about the costs. We were pleasantly surprised that the cost was exceptional value. The staff looked after us tremendously. Troy's knowledge was fantastic and his professionalism was really appreciated. It's always nice to have a professional that doesn't treat you like an idiot when you ask simple questions. Really appreciate the care and the extremely fast and efficient same day service. Will gladly use again and highly recommend to everyone
