**BANH MI EDITION**The best bahn mi in Melbourne! 10 stars!I’m always curious to try other flavours, but can’t resist the Trang Special, it’s the one with most meat variety inside a banh mi, can’t go wrong with it, plus, we can only have “Trang Special” banh mi at Trang bakery!But at this particular branch of Trang, the sauce is extra delicious, its the best banh mi in the world, truly amazing!Also, it is the most friendly of all 3 Trang Bakery in the surrounding neighbourhood, all the ladies are always polite, welcoming you with a smile!Been popping in a lot early morning before starting work, and it is always a joy to say good morning to them and always have a smile in return, with good vibes.The decoration is also the best, very nice and happy full of plants.I’m always in a rush and always have to get take away, but if I ever have the time, would be nice to take a seat here to enjoy the delicious banh mi.Thank you for making the best banh mi in the neighbourhood! :)

Lovely service, and banh mi full of flavourTrang special banh mi: Fatty oiliness goodness, that is full of aromatic flavours and crispy fresh Asian greens. Although if you’re not a fan of fatty and oiliness in your banh mi I wouldn’t recommend this one. But it sure carried those meat flavours across the roll and made it very enjoyable to eat. In addition to my banh mi was a small spring roll, which unfortunately was slathered with oil packed full of herbs and spices although due to it being overcooked, the pastry was hard and dry which made it hard to eat. But it was free and was just thrown in with my banh mi which was nice, so not much to complain about it seriously.Next time I’ll try and order earlier in the day to get the freshest of bread, you will see me next time.Service: 9/10Food: 9/10Vibe/environment: 8/10

Wow. Absolutely delicious. Trang special with meatballs and bbq pork was super delicious. Love the added touch of crushed peanuts and fried shallots. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be back.

What can I say? THE BEST vietnamese food I’ve ever tasted!! They even let me customize my food since I want mostly meat and little bit of salad so yummy and fresh! The staff? So friendly and accomodating, they welcome you with a smile and are very nice!.Food 10/10Staff 10/10The place needs to be a bit bigger ahaha people are coming in continously buying and guess what u get after an order ???A free homemade SPRING ROLL!! When I first time gets to Melbourne in 2020 as an exchange student from Vietnam, I did not get used to some foods in Australia. I found this place as walking across the Prahran market road.Not only are the staffs here are so friendly cause which we are come from the same country vietnam, but people in here has also done so well in reminding me of the flavor of Vietnamese food too, such as rice paper, Pho, Vietnamese coffee, Banh Mi and especially...a donut.Even though i has gone back to Vietnam, but I promise will be back to meet them again. Delicious Bahn Mi, made fresh, right in front of you! They have multiple vegetarian and vegan options. They also serve rice paper rolls. Very close to Prahran Market and decent prices!Sumptuous portion sizes... Definitely coming back. Staff are very friendly.

Delicious banh mi and rice bowls. Plus extremely affordable considering the lunch options on Chapel st. I highly recommend their crispy pork banh mi which is absolutely delicious. However what I am surprised by was their iced coffees, really reminds me of Vietnam. Dont skip on the coffee next time you're here.

Amazing value and taste. $12 for a whole Snitzel in a banh Mi with Avocado and a spring roll. No other place gives such great value. The staff are gentle with their food preparation too. Made my day. An absolute gem
