Always deliver around the same time. The young man who has been delivering my orders to me over the last two years always refers to me by my first name and has ALWAYS delivered my parcels up and one flight of stairs to my unit. I've just received my third delivery of incense in which I'd tried to finally have one of every scent. I think I may have a couple to go but I have to say that as a long time incense user I have never, ever come across incense of this quality! Every single one lingers in my house for hours and I love that! I'm currently burning a stick of White for the first time and it's magnificent.The ordering is simple and delivery was fast. So glad I discovered this company!
