We are absolutely thrilled to bits with the new front garden and verge. Joel did a fantastic job. He was happy to answer our questions about the reticulation system and after-care of the plants and lawn and did a fantastic job laying it all out and compacting the lawn down. We were really impressed with his work ethic. Thank you so much to Jodi as well who was lovely and very accommodating with our thoughts and preferences, including for the large corner verge which is now covered in plants and lawn. We have a huge variety of plants which were all very healthy and of good size. We can’t stop admiring our garden!

We have had our front yard landscaping included in the price of our land package through LD total. Was told to contact when we have moved in as they could not commence work untill then. We have now been wating for three months and have no idea when or if they will actually get our job done. We have neighbours that have moved in after us that have had their front yards done. How is the acceptable ir professional?

I have never been treated so poorly and with such animosity by such unprofessional staff in my entire life. Long story short, they tripped our lighting with reticulation installation, refused to own up to it and when they did, they refused to send an electrician. Their staff are arrogant, defensive and rude, and probably shouldn’t be in customer service at all. They were similarly rude to my mother during her build and spoke snidely to my sister at work as she tried to help me get lights back to my house. Why own a business if you’re terrible at it, and hate people?

What a disappointed service , I was book to get my fence installed since 17/11/22 but unfortunately not one showed up.I did contact them , they said they would be here by the following week guess what ? Not one showed up again …. I decided to call them again a site manager said “oh I can’t believe that the fence hasn’t been installed.. the Team is in the area I guarantee you would have you fence installed by end of this week , until today 2/12/22 nothing happened yet….. let see what’s gonna happen with my landscaping…… unfortunately it would be done by the same company…….definitely extremely poor service.

Useless!Unfortunately, we've been allocated LD total as part of our front garden package, but it seems to be a challenge to arrange someone to come out and organise our garden to laid. The fencing at the back garden is also null in void, leaving the house exposed. Not forgetting either side of the property having the largest gaps from the floor to the bottom of the fence.Next time, just give us the money allocated to this lot, and we will find our own landscaping people

I received a text message asking me to leave a review. While my landscaping is very nice my fencing is horrendous. The sheets overhang the frame the entire length of the fence. When I addressed this they sent someone round who took photos from inside their car on the roadside. In the following email with the verge side photos it was explained that my fence was installed based off the neighbours block height and that my builders had dug mine lower. It looks untidy, unfinished and has gaps between the properties. It was the same on the other side of the house but when my other neighbour addressed the problem they fixed it for her. All I was offered was an expensive quote.

Horrible experience. Unprofessional staff and poor quality work to the point I think I have to start again. I would not waste my money here… they are the BGC of landscaping. Think again…if you see all the 5 star reviews, make sure you view recent ratings. Any issues fall on deaf ears and they don’t want to know you after their job is complete. I have warned you, be smart and shop around, there is better out there.

The guys did a wonderful job of landscaping my front garden, it looks amazing, my neighbours have said the same. I'm one very happy person.

LD Total guys Tye and his son did a professional job of my landscaping. I am very happy with it, they were very polite and obliging to my needs. They left everything clean and tidy.It was so lovely to come home to a lovely landscape garden and lawn. I would recommend them to anyone.

Kayley Moore & Rob Lucas from LD Landscaping have just completed an amazing job on the front garden at my new home in Landsdale.Kayley and Rob were extremely professional, and gave me lots of advice as to which plants and grass would work well on my block.Nothing was too much trouble for them and they were very friendly and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for landscape gardeners in the area.
